What is eInvoicing?

eInvoicing is an electronic display of a customer's Invoice Statement.

What information can I receive in the data file?
|
The data file output will include all current fields displayed on the manual Invoice
Statement.

How do I register for a user name?
|
To register for eInvoicing simply go to the TNT Australia website at www.tnt.com.au,
click on the 'New Customer link' on the menu (situated on the left hand side) and
follow the prompts to register.
|
How often will I receive email notification?
|
When you register for eInvoicing you will need to enter two active email addresses
in order to receive email notification advising you that your eInvoice Statement
is available. If you choose to receive an email notification, an email will be sent
to you in the same week that you are billed.

How can I change my password?
|
Go to the TNT Australia website at www.tnt.com.au and click on the 'Reset Password'
link on the menu (situated on the left hand side) and follow the prompts. .

How do I add or update an email recipient's details?
|
If you wish to update existing user contact details please send an email to: AUTNTEinvoiceAdmin@tnt.com.au
or contact the TNT Australia Helpdesk on 1300 851 131.

My User ID and password do not work?

Can I receive the file in different formats?
|
The file formats are only available as a CSV file or as a PDF.

How long will the data and PDF's be stored in the eInvoicing system?
|
Electronic information of your invoice statement will be available within eInvoicing
for 13 weeks.

How many people can receive the email notification messages?
|
Email notification messages will be sent to two nominated email addresses
|
What benefits do I receive from eInvoicing?
|
All information is available only via a secure website
An email alert notifying you when your weekly eInvoice is available online - the
email alert can go to an individual or a group (if the email address is commonly
shared)
Access to your eInvoice online as soon as it is available (you don't have to wait
for the post!)
The convenience of a CSV file that can be imported into your accounting software
or manipulated into your preferred format, eg, Microsoft Excel
Drill down options so you can view a consignment note and Proof of Delivery (POD)
details of a consignment within the eInvoice online
The ability to view your eInvoice online or as a PDF, which can be printed, emailed
or faxed
The convenience to pay bills online via a link to the BPAY website
